Delivery Policy:

Delivery times vary and are dependant upon artwork specification and special requirements. For standard signs please allow 2-4 days for delivery, for customised signs delivery times may be confirmed at the time of order.

All products will be packaged as required and sent via our courier by next day delivery. Alternatively goods may be either collected from our offices or fitted by our staff by prior arrangement (fitting charges apply).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.

Claims:

In the unlikely event, complaints/faults must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Signs Direct (UK) Ltd will rectify any faults within a further 7 days.

Security & Privacy Policy

Whenever Signs Direct (UK) Ltd handles customer financial information, regardless of where this occurs, Signs Direct (UK) Ltd takes every precaution to ensure that it is treated securely. Credit/Debit card details are entered directly onto our PayPal Merchant account at point of purchase and are neither recorded nor kept within our offices or on our database. In addition only a limited number of personnel are allowed to carry out PayPal transactions to further guarantee security and traceability.
